At Made Into Memories, every personalised photo magnet is carefully handmade to order using the photographs provided by our customers.
Personalised Products
As our products are made to your individual specifications, we do not accept returns or cancellations for a change of mind once production has started.
Personalised products are generally exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right under UK consumer law.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or does not match what you ordered, please contact us at madeintomemories@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where possible.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund, in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Customer-Provided Photographs
Please ensure that the photographs you upload are the correct images for your order. We are not responsible for errors in photographs supplied by customers, unless the finished product is faulty or does not match the agreed specifications.
